Mouldable designer stone
KrunerStone is a wetcasted sandstone formed with KrunerBinder and virtually any sand type, including desert sand. 100% natural material, non-harmful, slag-, fly ash- and resin-free.
For counter tops, tiles, wall cladding and sanitaryware.
Non-harmful alternative to engineered stone* (aka quartz resin). Unlike ceramics, KrunerStone does not require kiln-firing for curing.

* Engineered stone has been banned in Australia since July 2024 due to rising cases of silicosis caused by the inhalation of silica dust. Similar bans are under consideration in more countries.

Stronger clay without kiln-firing
KrunerClay is formed by KrunerBinder binding with clay. It can be casted or extruded to produce clay construction components. Cured in place without kiln-firing and 3X stronger than conventional fired clay.

Safe, harm-free insulation
KrunerInso is a low-carbon insulation engineered with KrunerBinder and air. It is a harm-free, natural, mineral-based insulation alternative to the commonly used EPS foam* and rockwool*. It is safe to use in living environments and direct human contact.
Designed for use to fill precast walls and hollow bricks, and as insulation sheets and blocks.

* Petroleum-based EPS foam (expanded polystyrene) is highly flammable and non-biodegradable. It is especially hazardous when discarded. Styrene is a known carcinogen and polyurethane uses substances known to cause chronic illnesses including cancer. Production and usage emit high amounts of greenhouse gases like hydroflourocarbons (HFCs).
* Rockwool is formed by spinning melted rock minerals into fine fibres, including slag, a radioactive heavy metal industrial byproduct. The energy-intensive process reaches temperature of 1,600°C. Rockwool contains loose airborne microfibres which irritate eyes, skin and lungs. It is not suitable for direct human contact surfaces.
KrunerBord
Resin-free wood strand board
KrunerBord is formed with KrunerBinder binding wood flakes together without resin.
It is a safer, more sustainable, resin-free alternative to the common Oriented Strand Board (OSB).
OSB's resin chemical makeup and the toxic fumes it emits while curing is both a health and fire hazard.
